2. Bookings and Payments

• A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The amount will be specified at the time of booking.
• The final payment must be made before the start of the tour as per the agreed schedule.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the travel date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 15 days before the travel date.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.

4. Limitation of Liability

Yatharth Tour & Travels shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services, resulting directly or indirectly from any acts of God, dangers, fire, breakdown in machinery, or any other causes beyond our control.
